Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. You do not have to register with us to place an order but if you do you will be able to qualify for additional customer benefits which are available from time to time. Personal details may be stored to speed up the Check Out Process.

Payment can be accepted, securely online or you can phone us with your card details, fax them to us or send the information or cheque by snail mail.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

The contract in respect to the products supplied by us to you comes into existence in accordance with these terms and conditions.

For avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our Site does not constitute acceptance. We will e-mail the customer prior to delivery to advise of our receipt of order and payment, when payment is made by credit or debit card. Please note that when payment is made via a Paypal Account we do not take payment from the nominated debit or credit card. An amount equivilent to the estimated order total is taken by Paypal and forwarded to our Paypal account, this does not constitute acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of an order in the following circumstances:

Product Availability, Delivery and Fulfillment - All items a subject to availability. If we are unable to supply an item due to insufficient stock we will confirm this by email, telephone or in writing. We do not operate a Back Order System for out of stock items but can, at the customer's request, email notification of stock change if/when stock is replenished.

Error in advertised listing - if an error has been made in the listing of a product, we do not commit to sell the product. We commit to a product's description/price when we take payment from the nominated credit/debit card account.

However we will not proceed with the order until the customer is made fully aware of the error and the correct price and we have their agreement to proceed.

Payment must be received by us before products are dispatched.

PRINTABLE FILES - DOWNLOADS AND CD'S - These are supplied for use in finished craft products which can be sold for profit however, reproduction or sharing of these printable files, for any reason, is strictly prohibitted. The copyright remains the property of the original artist, full details are available should they be required.

Shipping And Handling - this will be reversed on download only orders Post and packaging is £2 per order.
Delivery Schedule Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours, however this is not guranteed. We will notify you, by email, when your order has been dispatched.

Please do allow 7-10 working days for delivery.
Back Orders While we do try to keep the website up to date with stock quantities, there may be instances where we are unable to supply everything you have ordered.

If this is the case you will only be charged for the items sent and we will notify you when any out of stock items have been restocked so you can re-order should you wish to do so.
Tax Charges VAT is charged at the Standard Rate of 15%

Returns Policy Under the Distance Selling Act 2002 goods must be inspected within a reasonable time after their receipt and the customer will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless within seven day of their receipt we are notified that the products are rejected (this does not however affect your statutory rights). It is your right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods by notifying us of your intentions however goods must be returned in a saleable condition, complete and with original packaging.

In cases where the rejection is due to an incorrect order from you or to unsuitability of products, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange of products less a 10% restocking fee however return postage will not be refunded.
